    205 a lot?

    14 6ft 1 and rly skinny about 140 pounds and we started max week... Today I did squats and got 205 pounds as my max.. Compared to everyone else squatting 125 I thought it wa good but then then there are 3 kids that squat 310 that are 14... Obvious there is room for improvement but with my size age and weight is this considered good?

    yeah when i was your age i wasn't even lifting so its good youre even in the weight room
