Juggernaut - week 11 - Bench - 5's wave
Bench - 250 x 6 (AMAP)
Incline Bench - 165 x 8, 8, 7
Lat pull down - 200 x 12@9RPE, 180 x 12@8.5RPE, 180 x 8@9.5RPE
1A rope pushdown - 66 x 12@9RPE, 60 x 12@9RPE
BB Curl - 80 x 12, 10
MISC
Felt good being back and I got a little over zealous and my form was awful on my AMAP bench set. That's alright though, with good form I probably had another rep or so in me. Every set up to my AMAP set was on point though and felt LIGHT, so I'm still confident with the lift.
Incline was nice and slow again with a good MMC, eventually I'll get that 8,8,8! It's gone up each week so that's a plus.
I switched up my lat pull down, today I used an underhand grip to indirectly get some additional bicep work in. Man that frigen burns!
I have tomorrow off but the wifey doesn't so I'll be getting up at 5AM to hit the gym as usual and support the lady. Deadlifts on tap!★★★ RSP Nutrition Lead Representative ★★★

Good lifts man.. 250 x 6 is still pretty damn good especially if you felt you still had another one with better form. imissus.jpgFirst meet: (3/31/12) ...... Last Meet(6/13)

Juggernaut - week 11 - DL - 5's wave
DL - 350 x 7
Front squat - 205 x 10, 8 PR
SGM - 195 x 6, 6
GHR - 8, 7
Rotary Calf Machine - 350 x 15, 15
MISC
I got video of the 350 x 7 but once again it will have to wait until I get to work tomorrow. That puts my 1RM around 420 according to the calculator. Last time I maxed out the calculator put my max at 410 and I pulled 425, so if there's any correlation I should be able to pull 435ish, which I'd be happy with!
As far as front squat goes I'm gonna keep pressing 205 until I hit 2 sets up 10.
GHR was suppose to be 3 sets but someone stole my equipment. I did a set of slow negative leg curls just to finish the day.★★★ RSP Nutrition Lead Representative ★★★

Any lady gettin up at 5 to train is alright in my book. JP, you're a lucky man.
And even with some tap dancing feet, 250x6 is more than respectable. Nice push. Good stuff happening in here."The code of Bushido is harsh and relentless."

Have fun with that epic snow storm heading your way that I found out about a minute ago..... Sometimes going to school makes you ignorant to the world events, haha.
