My Fight to hit the stage by 2015

I am going to keep this post briefe bc who wants to read a huge long thing.

    Cliffs:

-was a competitive distance runner, injured hamstring in the summer.
-reliesed that i was small skinny and weak.
-Descided to do something about it.

Ever since grade 7 i have been working out, body-weight exercises, a bit of weights, but never ate enough to see any gains, bc i was scared of losing the six pack. Finally started bulking seriously on October 26th because that's when i turned 17.

Stats: 120 lbs mourning weight, (was 111 in the summer)
Incline db press 50lbs for 6 reps
    Weighed Chins (10lbs) 8 reps
    only descent stats...

    Goal:

    To gain lean body mass
    Compete sometime in 2014
Inspire other people to natural body-build and test my bodies true limits.

    Current Routine:

    upper strength
lower rehab + quad and calves
    off
    Push hyp
    Pull hyp
    Rehab work/off
    Off

This week has been very hectic, with a bunch of hw asseignments and papers all due at the same time, but still managed to get in the gym and do my workouts. Today i did back again like last week, and hit similar numbers, i am guessing this is bc of all the stress lack of sleep. I'll try to be more on top of things this week. On a side note i hit a pb monday for chest, hitting 52.5 dumbells for 6 reps which surprised me to say the least.

I;ve been following a variation of 5/3/1 and logging my workouts in my notebook at home. My strength is skyrocketing its amazing. Bench has gone from 135-155, deadlift 170-215 an squats 130-150 in a month so far. It's the 5/3/1 who was cns, very solid program.
