Yeah I recently had a deep tissue massage in China (no happy endings unfortunately), was well worth the pain! Told her to stay away from my feet and the tops of my hamstrings as I physically couldn't stand the pain/ticklish pain, kept involuntarily flinching and kicking out at her haha.

I'm quite sensitive to water retention since (especially when my macros are higher) I'm one of those IIFYM dudes who eats something different every night. Nothing wrong with that from thermodynamics point of view, but it does make consistency in scale weight while cutting an absolute nightmare. The solution was to start tracking sodium and hey presto I found a number which allows me to produce repeatable weigh in data day to day!
It's not something I would necessarily recommend - but for prep it has helped me mentally immensely

So last night I went to a wedding and it was a blast! It was the first time I've really drank in 6 months. I probably had about 4 beers and 4 mixed drinks and woke up with a pretty bad hangover just in time for my first day of Sheiko 37 LOL I also didn't even try to track dinner/dessert macros, I just enjoyed myself. I had a lot of salmon and prime rib and it was delicious! Also, instead of cake they had TONS of mini desserts and I had 7 of them LOL I had 3 mini carrot cakes, 2 mini cheesecakes, 1 mini whoopie pie, and 1 mini lemon pie! MMMMMMM. Yeah budday! I took a few pics but they didn't come out too well, I'll still post them later though!
Sheiko was tough today with the hangover. I also added 10 to bench calculations and 15 to squat/DL when its recommended 5/10. I hope I don't regret it, but we'll see. I went against all advice I was given, so it's going to take some mental strength to crush this, but I got it!

Sounds like you had a good time... but do yourself a favor and drink some water too next time! I'm a college student who used to party and I've had only a hangover one time. Gotta get dat water.

nudez did not disappoint! lookin solid JP, strong reverse. were those taken this morning, AKA after the epic food and booze destruction?
