Best day I've had in the gym in at least a month!

I said I wasn't going up in weight on front squat until I hit two sets of 10 at 205 and I went in determined to do it today. I literally collapsed after the less set lol - Damn cardio!

SGM - was another PR and felt really good

GHR's - I've never hit 10 in my life so that was a surprise

All in all a great day!

Thanks man, really appreciate that. The crazy thing is, I pride myself on good form, but there's ALWAYS room for improvement and I refer to peoples videos on form just as you refer to mine! Love this sport

I remember Brad Loomise (3DMJ Coach) during his last prep was getting killed with snow and he would count shoveling as a replacement for the cardio he had planned that day. What did you tell your client? SHOVEL, CARDIO, AND GET DOWN AND GIVE ME 2O!

I told him it works for me. I also told him to add 10 carbs for every 30 minutes he had to do above his total.

Decided to scrap the RPE for 3 board press and try and hit 3 sets of 5 at 255. Not easy but it felt good. I'm hitting my zone at the right time it seems!

Just spent the last 3 hours at the public library studying for ACE PTC. Spent the three hours on one frigen chapter but I feel like I actually processed the information unlike when I try to study at home. Also, I was on the nutrition chapter and surprisingly there wasn't much BS stuff.

Can't wait to get back in to the gym. Trying to upload my vlog now (I know, LOL), but I have a surprise starting this wednesday!
