Appreciate it bud. More videos to come!
Yeah I'm putting the plan in action, so we'll see! Thank you though.
lol she's strong. She's only been "lifting" (aka first programs ever) since September. Before that she was a cardio bunny and did a little circuit stuff. Then I got her on starting strength and she was absolutely crushing it. Since then we've switched to juggernaut for her and toned down the accessory work so it's not too advanced for her. She's killing it though. She's never truly maxed but she did 205 on squat and had more in the tank LOL. If she compete she'll be in the 114's so strong squat!
Thank you kind sir★★★ RSP Nutrition Lead Representative ★★★

Seriously that's some nice form on those squats, I'm jelly! My wrist just don't seem flexible enough to go low bar an keep my elbows under the bar like that. Tried it with some lighter weight last week and cramped up within 3reps. Doing great work!

Thanks man! Much appreciated. I try to keep them tight, but we'll see how tight they stay at my next PL meet!
Yeah it can be killer on the wrists. Keep working on it. Maybe a set a week until it becomes more comfortable!
OH $hit. Things just got real up in here! CUPCAKE <3

Juggernaut - Week 9 - DL -5's wave
DL - 5x5@295, 1 x 8@295 (2-3 in tank)
Front squat - 205 x 8, 8
GHR - 3 x 7
SGM- 155 x 12@9, 145 x 12@9
Rotary calf machine - 350 x 10, 10, 10
MISC
Not much to report, good day in the gym.
Actually, I'm retarded with one thing, and that's SGM's. There is no reason for me to be doing them in that rep range so moving forward I will be upping the weight and decreasing the reps. Probably work in the 6 range with them.
I'll post some videos from today tomorrow at work!★★★ RSP Nutrition Lead Representative ★★★

Thanks brah! As far as bodybuilding goes, early 2014 will be my next show. And that's IF I can bring up my chest and biceps at bit, otherwise it will be early 2015. I'm gonna try like hell for 2014 though! As far as power lifting goes, see below...

Juggernaut - week 9 -OHP -5's wave
OHP - 5 x 5@125, 1 x 8@125
3 board - 245 x 5@9RPE, 225 x 5@8.5RPE, 225 x 5@9RPE
Tbar - 180 x 12@8.5RPE, 160 x 12@8.5RPE
Db curl - 20 x 12@9RPE, 15 x 12@8.5, 15 x 12@9RPE
MISC
Decided to up the weight and lower the reps on 3 board press. Another exercise that I think it's pointless in the high rep range.
Lowered the weight and focused more on the DB curls.
Good overall work out. I'll post some videos later today!

Juggernaut - Week 10 - Squat - 5's wave
Squat - 1 x 2@200, 1 x 2@245, 3 x5@260, 1 x 7@260
Hack squat - 2pps + 20ps x 12@9RPE, 2pps + 10ps x 12@9RPE
Sumo DL- 330 x 6, 6
Adductor - 130 x 12@9RPE, 115 x 12@8.5RPE, 115 x 12@9.5RPE
Rotary Calf Machine - 350 x 12, 12, 12
MISC
I'll post some videos tomorrow! Had a bit of a down day, allergies were bothering me big time. Still a pretty good overall work out though. Squat has felt much better since I brought my stance in a little bit.
On a side note wifey has been going off the program just a little bit to get an idea of what her maxes are on the big three. She hasn't pushed more than I'd say 85% of 1RM but her lifts are the following;
Bench - 115
Squat -210
DL -185
So with those being very conservative numbers that she can DEF hit she's looking at 510 total at 120 pounds. With all that being said she's going to do the power lifting meet with me in March! I think she'll be able to pull a 535+ total and she may try to make 114's!★★★ RSP Nutrition Lead Representative ★★★
