My training schedule is all screwed up this week because of early morning work meetings. I usually don't do my accessory day before OHP day so my tri's were a little tired, but I had to make it work. One more session in the 10's wave then it's on to the 8's! Undecided whether I'm going to deload or roll right into it. I need to check the schedule.

They were about equal. I thought french toast would be amazing, but meh. I'm kinda of a cupcake nazi though. I know of a TON of gourmet shops so I have high standards ha.

The first "long" picture isn't even the part of the shop with the cupcakes. That's all their other stuff haha. The picture I showed of the case of cupcakes was only one of the cases, they have two.

As a whole it was the best store I've been to in the "sweets" regard. But the cupcakes get a B.
