^^^ Agree with this!
As far as the 500 DL don't let your mind limit you. Anything is possible if you believe and put the work in and you have been doing that in spades of late."We all have great inner power. The power is self-faith. There's really an attitude to winning. You have to see yourself winning before you win. And you have to be hungry. You have to conquer."

OMG YOU ARE RUNNING CP!!!!!! So excited!!! Which week is it that you do a double with like 95%? Week 8 maybe? When you get to there don't worry if it doesn't go spectacularly, a lot of people seem to miss on that week but do just fine in the end. No doubt you will hit your 500 with this, so excited you are doing it, will be stalking with great interest and anticipation haha . Do you touch and go your heavy reps or resetting?

Yeah week 8 is 95% for a double, and that's 95% of what your goal weight is, not your current 1RM lol. So the most I've ever lifted is 450 for 1 and week 8 calls for 465 x 2 haha! Shts gonna be crazy. Week 4 looks really tough as well!
I reset between reps. The only time I don't reset on DL is if I'm doing AMAP. But on something like this I'll def. reset between every rep

It's a reach, but I'm going for it balls out! haha
I remember missing my first attempt at 405 in a meet not that long ago man. This has been a crazy year for me as far as strength goes. Thanks for the encouragement Paul. I still baffles me that one of my favorite bodybuilders in the world posts in my log haha (yes kissass)

On a side note, week one of CP def. did it's damage. I over slept this morning and missed my work out haha. No bigs though. Just going to use it as an extra recovery day. Tomorrow is off too. Dane Cook (I know, not really funny), has a funny skit about over sleeping where you always wake up like 2 minutes before your supposed to be somewhere "with just enough time to do NOTHING". That was me this morning. Woke up at 4:58, suppose to be to the gym at 5:00 hahaha.
Yesterdays workout was crazy. My hamstrings have never felt so beat up (in a good way) in my entire life immediately following a workout ha.★★★ RSP Nutrition Lead Representative ★★★
