finally got the accidental ban taken care of, but i've been lurking in secret... you've been doing an awesome job so far, don't get down. one thing i've learned from this hell-hole of injury workaround is that you have to focus on the positive. negative thoughts are like quicksand, the deeper you get in them the stronger hold they have, and eventually you get to a point where you can't get out. you've got plenty of good stuff going on right now, and all you gotta do is keep doing what you are!

I had the exact same thinking in my offseason, JP. I was never happy and didn't know if what I was doing was working or not. Something to remember is that you see yourself every day so progress is going to be really hard to judge since the changes are so minute day to day. All I can say is that when I look at pics from when I started my offseason and when I finished I realize that it worked lol.

I meant to snap some pics yesterday and then I got home from the gym and stuffed my face before I remembered so I held off! Sometime this week hopefully, this weekend at the latest!

Juggernaut - week 8 - Squat dealod
Squat. - 185 x 3, 3, 3, 3, 3
Hack squat - 1pps + 25ps x 11, 11
Sumo DL- 225 x 6, 6
Adductor- 80 x 11, 11
Various abs
MISC
Basic. Worked on form and speed with my squat. Brought my stance in a little bit and may mess around with that a bit more because it felt good.
I'm seriously pumped for the 5's wave. I think it's going to be a good wave for me

I can bet your pics are amazing. You've done everything right and you've played a smart offseason so there's no reason why they wouldn't be.
I actually think of deloads as speed sessions. I use things like bands and chains and it gives me a little more purpose in the gym. Plus it's a great way to practice form by doing 10 sets!
