Lost and just beginning.....
The facts: I'm a female, 4'11, 169, body fat at 35%. I just joined a gym and started a running program that's designed to get me running in 8 weeks. When it comes to the weights, I lost. I've done weight lifting videos but have never stepped into a gym until 2 weeks ago. I have tried a couple of the machines to familiarize myself a little bit. I can leg press 90 pounds (not sure if that's good or if that helps).
The body I'm going for is something close to Jennifer Nicole Lee. I also admire Alicia Marie's. I currently go to the gym MWF, 20-30 minutes cardio (running) and 30 minutes of weights.
First question: is 3 days a week enough for fat loss? I'm shooting for 40lbs lost by December 1 2012.
Second question: Can someone show me a sample plan? I'm lost on that part. I'm not afraid to lift heavy either.
Lastly: Can I get away with eating 4 meals a day or must I eat 5-7 to see the results I want?
Also, I've cleaned up my diet, so my nutrition is on point.
I know it's a super long post and any information given will be greatly appreciated
