    An extra egg with dinner?

Okay so say if i have had a quite intensive work out at the gym and my muscles are aching, do you recommend some extra protein with dinner like an egg to help repair the muscle? or would just a normal meal do?

P.S i dont take any supplements.

It's the total macro and micronutrient composition of your diet each and every day that will determine your results, not any single meal and certainly not any single egg.

Please read the stickies to learn how many total calories and grams of fat & protein you should be consuming every day to achieve your goal.
