    Ask a water polo and swim coach anything

    I coach high school swimming and water polo, and run a youth water polo club. I played polo and swam in high school and college, and was a club water polo Junior Olympian.

    Right now I swim in college and swim mainly sprints. 50 free, 100 free, 100fly. 20sec 50 free 46sec 100 free 49sec 100fly. I was wondering what weight training I can do to further improve my times.
