    Need help with constant hamstring/groin strain!

    I have this problem on this one leg for the past three years. It started three years ago, and hasn't bothered me since, this year. Two months ago i strained my hamstring/groin, not 100% sure what muscle, as it's very close towards inner part of my leg, but mid level. Anyway i strained it two months ago doing squats, then slowly got back into heavy movements, where it occasionally would bother me, so i would stretch it and be careful, when feeling such a way. Now today, i was doing lunges, and felt it pop once again, i can still walk though, so i'm convinced it's probably a type 1 strain.

    What i need it help rehabbing it, so it doesn't keep on straining. I like lifting heavy, with high intensity, and this only just frustrates me because it limits my capabilities.

    i would definately check with a doc n get a referred to a specialist.
    this is ur body dude. dont fuk with it cuz if it gets fked up, then u'll be fked for life
    i had a lot of pain in my right leg, i ignored for a while n kept going until it became really bad.
    i saw a specialist n was informed that i had a disc injury lol
    i got into rehab n now im all better. don't haev any pain watsoever
    here in toronto we don;t have to pay ****t for these services, don;'t know how it is in NY.
    but wud recommend contactin a specialist

    I understand that, but i do know this is a muscle sprain, which can be treated alone, instead of wasting time and money at a specialist. I plan to do cardio, foam roll and stretch. I just want help on rehabbing it, so i can make it stronger, so it will no longer be a constant injury.
