I'm currently doing cut because i want a 6 pack before i go off to college next year. I've never had it and its been my life long dream. Now that i think i know a little more about nutrition i just want to see where i stand in the body fat area and if i'm doing my "cut" right. The file named "cut" shows my eating schedule for my work out days. I work out 3 times a week for about an hour each time(Monday-Biceps/Chest, Tuesday-off, Wednesday- Legs, Shoulders, Forearms, Thursday- off, Friday- Triceps/back). I've been keeping rest times short in order to have a high heart rate. Please estimate my body fat %
