Hi
I have been working irregularly previously but after a lot of thinking and seeing around i finally am working out regularly now from around 3 weeks. The problem with me is i am not able to increase the weight i lift. It seems that i am stuck on the weight i lift. Whnever i try to lift even 5 pounds more, i am not able to do the workout. as per what i have heard that muscles gradually gain strength and we can increase weight what we lift, but it is not happening in my case. I am perfectly fit without any injuries or illness. Can you please help me as to what i can do .

Use one of these and stick to it.
