Im Fin fed up with my gym and it's management!!!! PLS HELP!!!
The fukin weight room is always a mess. Weights/dumbbells everywhere! I've talked to management and they havent really done anything. Im gonna call corporate but the last time i did it nothing got done. When you ask the employees to clean up they talk back to you and say "it's just gonna get dirty again". Seriously...pls help a misc brah out. The next closest gym to my house is a gold's and they're 30 minutes away from my house. Besides, get my own home gym what can I do?
I considered threating to call the fire dept. that the maximum occupancy is violated during busy hours.
tommorow im gonna go throw the heaviest dumbbells everywhere and tell them im the ******* that did it....since you guys are so cooperative
or better yet grab some heavy dumbbells and throw them in the managers office and be like "how do you like trying to work with a mess around you"?

Your from Cali and only have 1 gym within a 30mile radius of your house?
I HIGHLY doubt it.
I suggest improving your googling skillz

Blame the customers . People should always rerack but they don't. My gym they clean the weights up at closing.
Just tell the front desk to speak in the pa. That it's courtesy to put your weights back up or somethibg

I feel your pain! My gym is a pretty small one and not manned at the weekend and it is so busy Sat & Sun but dead in the week. When I get in to train on Monday mornings at 7am it is an absolute ****storm in there with weights and barbells all over the place, and the place hasn't been cleaned at that point since Friday. :-)

How can you even focus with all that chit around you? It's been said that if you're environment is cluttered so is your mind. And I find that to be true. On the weekends when there's not that many people and it's in decent shape I see the difference. I'm in the flow and things just work better. I paid for the year up front and feel like im not getting my money's worth. If you pay month to month they charge you $40....is it too much to ask that they take some of that money and get the extra help??

If it is really that bad for you, figure out how much money you spend for membership and the commute
Then decide if it is worth the long term investment to buy a bench, rack, bars, plates
Personally I loved being able to workout at home

I just remove the cluttered **** from in and around the power rack and get on with it. Do most of my set in the rack so as long as my immediate vicinity is clear I am good.

Going to build a home gym myself, prob towards the end of the year. Gym is only 5 min away but in the winter when it's < -10 its still horrendous. For now this place costs equivalent of 20 a month.

If you have some cash flow and space, get a home gym.
Power rack
300 lb barbell set
Additional plates unless you're a weak phaggot like me, then just lift paper plates attached to sticks
Heavy duty mat
Bench
If you play your cards right, you could get all new stuff for $1,200 easily. It'll easily pay for itself in a year, probably less, once you consider gas money, time, wear and tear on your car, and most importantly, aggravation.

U mad bro???
I feel your pain OP...was raging at my gym last week too...especially when you pay huge monthly fees the least you can ask for is the floor staff to keep things tidy. Solution; home gym like others have posted, or find a different gym to train at...sooner or later the a place like that will close down eventually due to customer dis-satisfaction.

Sounds like the problem really is the customers, maybe try making a sign that says "If you can take it out, you can put it back. Please have some common courtesy" in big bold letters and tape it near the weights. Also when you see some jackass leaving his weights on the floor call him out on it. My gym is pretty much spotless and always neat but it's because everyone puts back their weights, it's not the management cleaning up after us.

I would overtrain like a mutha****a if I had a gym within pissing distance 24/7.
I would lift every single day if I could.
