I am right handed and my right arm is average strenght. But my left arm is weaker than heck. It always has been. I can't tuck in my left elbow like I can my right. So my joints are different. Like when I want to do pull-ups my left elbow wants to go out or when I do curls. Can any one help?

yeah im all ****ed up too lol, im pretty sure its from playin the computer for endless amounts of hours in a set position. as for your strength imbalance, the obvious answer is to use dumbells. only do as many reps as the weaker side can do evne if you can do more on your stronger side. if that made sense
