This lol. I don't have anything against/look down on new trainees. Hell, I spend hours each day helping such people for free.

What bothers me is the fact that such people are usually close minded and unwilling to learn. They allow their emotions and attachment to their idols to cloud their judgement and suspend their logic.

Almost exactly what I was gonna say (without the studies)

I've done the type of diet they are currently suggesting and wound up with a performance issue with a 10/10. NEVER again will I go low/no fat.

And no, I thoroughly doubt the twins will search those study titles, nor are they likely to admit to being wrong about anything training or nutrition-related - ever. Admitting that the evidence refutes your stance is a very scientific thing to do. Scientific behavior & egotistical behavior don't fit in the same room.
