This lol. I don't have anything against/look down on new trainees. Hell, I spend hours each day helping such people for free.

What bothers me is the fact that such people are usually close minded and unwilling to learn. They allow their emotions and attachment to their idols to cloud their judgement and suspend their logic.

They made a video about IFing and went on about how they have been doing some reading and they've learned that your metabolism is not dictated by meal timing. Those weren't the exact words but that was the idea and at least it shows they are putting in some sort of effort to educate themselves.
