Hitting the gym tonight for the first time in over a year and a half
I need some advice, I'm hitting the gym tonight for the first time in over a year and a half. My goals for the next month are to gain definition and build muscle (but not bulk up) my tris, bis and chest, especially my chest. What kind of workout should i do? What would you guys best recommend?

Either way if you are hurting in the morning you better start pushing harder. Either legs or chest until you get in the swing of things.

hey
I wouldn't look for much change in a month, other then how you feel. Definately work the compond movements like already suggested and keep the reps in the higher level (12-20) range. Other than that i doubt you have to worry about looking like them body builder guys unless you have a vasy array of "supplements" at your disposal.

Even with a array of supplements you will NEVER have to worry about looking like one of those body builder guys. People lift for years and years to look like that, IT WILL NOT be achieved on accident or by someone who does not want it to happen, hell it wont happen for most people that want it to happen.
