    Critique my leg workout.

    I designed a leg workout and would like some advice on how to improve it.

    1. Box squats 3 sets of 6 reps
    2. Partial squats 3 sets of 6-8 reps (set the safety bars so you can lower the bar about 6-8 inches)
    3. Leg press 3 sets of 15,10,5 reps
    4. Leg extensions 4 sets of 12,10,8,6 reps
    5. Seated hamstring curl 4 sets of 12,10,8,6 reps
    6. Wide stance deadlift 3 sets of 10 reps

    seems like a little much. Id keep it simple
    -Squats
    -Deadlifts
    -1, maybe 2 accessory lifts (leg press, calves, etc)

    This should be more than enough
