    How much water should I drink?

    Well in general I am wondering how much water I should drink, Currently I probably drink 10-15 glasses a day 15 ish if im outside playing sports..
    Also I have taken 3g of creatine today and am wondering if I need to drink a lot of water, Today I drank probably 20 glasses just to be safe.. Is there any side effects of not enough water or am I good? I know you are suppose to take more with creatine but usually people take 5g a day when they workout, the 3g was just from my pre-workout..
    Also: Earlier after my workout, I had diahrea about 2wice but it stopped, I probably drank enough Im not sure tho, i've been pissing every 20 minutes or so lol.

    Bump.. need a fast answer? also I have like a headache, not sure if its because too much or too little water? or just random.

    Getting a lot of water is beneficial for your gains and your well being. No matter if you are on creatine or not you should still drink water.ikllml

    For creatine, but I would recommend it everyday...as you should be getting the creatine dose daily.
