    Protein

    Does anyone know of a weigh protein that's 100% lactose free? And has anyone ever tried egg protein and if it works well? Cause I believe egg Protein is lactose free

    Egg protein is fine if you can't have whey isolate. Most people who are lactose intolerant can handle isolate though.

    I've tried egg protein in the past, it's alright but why iso should be fine
