Thats not how weed works. You develop a sensitivity to it and you get higher, faster, with less weed.

if someone smokes that much, chances are they don't really have much going for them, and they are the type to stay in play video games, and do nothing. Thats what the feel-good feeling is for, it helps them pass the boredom of reality.
