So I'm only 5'9 and 150 lbs at a bout 20% bf right now and that might just be the issue, but my shoulder blades seem to stick out. Like I said it could just be because I'm lacking muscle but wanted to check on here first..
I've read online that people who have this may have symptom of having hard time raising arms vertically but I don't..
I'm not really sure how to be certain without going to a specialist which I'd prefer to avoid if possible. I feel like one of my shoulder blades sticks out more then the other.
Also I'm currently bulking and doing starting strength with rows instead of cleans. Any idea if the lifts in that program will help me build muscle in the right areas to fix this issue?
