    Please Help! (16 years old)

    Hi guys i started working out about month ago and i'm not settled about any routine yet, but i thought about it
    and my one and only goal is looking good naked\with clothes, don't care about how strong i am or how strong i can be, just wanna be Aesthetic.
    as far as i understand i need some HST routine?
    any ideas guys on what routine i should go on for my bulking phase?

    Thanks bro , i read some in the lyle mcdonald's and it says it's for intermidate trainers and i only joined for a month ? what do you think i should do?
    Should i go on this babylovers SS?

    Either one is fine.

    SS is great. See which one you prefer in terms of the exercises and how many times a week you can go to the gym.

    (TBH, I would pick SS)

    Let's say 4 times a week to the gym?
    but the SS is not a strength program?
    and what im looking for is something else?

    try a full body routine 4 times a week. Beginners really benefit from higher frequency.

    SS nearly forces constant progress due to linear progression. If you have a good diet, you will have amazing gains.
    And no, it doesn't give a "big bulky look".
    It gives you a strong base and you'll only be on it for 3-5 months anyway.

    lmao. Where do people get the idea that powerlifting/full body workouts will make them into Ronnie Coleman.
    Like everyone said, I'd personally go with Babylover SS. Eat lots, lift heavy 4/5 times per week. Model's etc have to have a fair amount of muscle before they cut. Otherwise they just look anorexic. Get to maybe 170 @12% then cut.
