    Serious question about toilet problem

    I did finish my cut a week ago which i had been doing for 2 months and a week and started a clean bulk for the last couple days but i dont understand, i have some sort of problem on the toilet recently and wonder if it has to do with the change in the calorie intake or if its some other problem i got and lack some type of vitamin or stuff so here is my problem: I maybe take a dump 1-3 times every day on the toilet but its annoying because when im done i imidiently start feeling like i need to go on the bathroom again and then when i sit down nothing happens, so basicly i run maybe 10 times on the toilet everyday but only get the actual point of it done 1-3 times. Why is my body acting like this? Sometimes also when i feel like i need to take a dump but nothing comes and i tried clean myself once just because obviously i wanted to be on the safe side, it was sort of looking like some type of water or something on the paper? Should i go look up this problem at a doctors place? I just find it sort of awkward to make a thread like this but its not fun... I only eat around 200-300 calories more then i consume aswell if someone is wondering if im eating too much food, but im not really tbh. Any ideas what the case might be? Sorry for this awkard question but every response is really appreciated...

    I eat those types of foods for example and quite often:

    breakfast: a glass of milk 2 eggs 1 sandwich
    lunch: meat, rice, tomatoes and salad of some sort
    Pre-workout: banana
    after workout: quark
    Dinner: potatoes, chicken, vegtebles
    last meal of the day: 1 sandwich and a glass of milk

    It could help if you say what do you eat and have you recently started to eat something new.

    The problem could be related to fiber/constipation/gas or to some irritant food ingredient, like some spice, or something occurring inside of your end part of the bowel, like hemorrhoids (sometimes not visible from outside), infection or inflammation...Colon cancer before 50 is rare.

    You need to re-evaluate your diet maybe you're getting too much dairy in? not enough fiber? it's honestly hard to give you a decent answer without knowing what your diet looks like.

    I do eat and always try to get around 30g of fiber every day i dont think its hemorroids, but perhaps a inflammation i really dont know. :S

    Well, i drink around 0,50-0,70L of milk everyday, perhaps its a bit to much idk?

    From all foods you've mentioned, including milk and fiber, I don't see anything special what could by itself cause a problem, except if you stopped fiber previously and reintroduced it quickly in full amount at once...

    I guess its possible tho im not sure, i'll pay extra attention to get enough fat from now on and see if it gets better, thank you for your advice!
