    What is your strongest muscle group(s) and what is your weakest muscle group(s)

    Just curious.

    My strongest muscles are without a doubt my shoulders and arms (chest is getting there) and I'd have to say my weakest are back and legs (I can bench more than I squat, but haven't been doing deadlifts or squats very long or consistently, so I'm expecting noob gains once my lower back is healed)

    My back makes me feel like a ninja turtle. Although my biceps are on the small side I feel, I'd say weakest for my weight would be my obliques. Don't work them very often at all. Love my traps too...and legs...and chest is ok....I love me.

    Strongest is legs. Managed to squat 3 plates on my first time doing squats. Now upto just over 4

    Weakest is chest. I still struggle benching 2 plates for 5 reps

    Strongest would have to be either my back or arm's (always have had big arms, specifically triceps).
    When I started lifting my weakest was my chest by far, but I put a lot of work into it so it's good now. At the moment my weakest is probably my shoulders.

    Legs are pretty damn good, years of soccer before I began lifting probably helped.

    Weakest are def biceps, I train 'em with the same weights as beginners.

    Strongest in comparison to where they "should" be based off the rest of your body/time lifting?
    If that's the case, strongest is arms, 135x6 curl and 130x5 skullcrushers.
    Upper chest is also getting there, incline DB 90x6.
    Weakest would prob be legs, 285x6 squat.
    Bench Press - 315x1 // 290x3
    Squat - 420x3 // 380x7
    Overhead Press - 185x5 // 200x2
    Deadlift (Beltless) - 415x5

    Finally able to do deads again! Let's hit 500.
    + Bodyweight OHP.
