What do you lot think about him, do you feel he will be given the push to become successful as other big guys (such as Batista) or will he just become a show pony for the WWE?
His intensity is awesome, something that I really like. Before I found out what an ******* he was, Batista was my favourite wrestler just because of his presence. Admittedly, his wrestling was pretty poor, but he knew what his job was.
Does anyone know about Rybacks wrestling, whether he has the skills to perform at a high level, or is he just another muscle head such as Mason Ryan
Ryback
Batista's poor wrestling
Thread is disregarding his Nexus stint by the way, as just like Lord Tensai the WWE have decided that previous appearances do not count and that we all don't recognise wrestlers due to their new name.
i hate his little arm swinging thing he does after he wins -- looks like a small child having a temper tantrum / bushwhackers walk thing. if he did it like, say, three times, that'd be okay, but he does it like 9 ****ing times. chill with that stuff, dude.

This, also I agree with namean he should change the attire.I say get rid of the singlet and go back to the trunks.
They need to stop with these friggin squash matches and give us something to want to see the character more, otherwise he wont get over constantly doing squash matches
It's always interesting with guys like this because you have no clue if they will be a main eventer for the next 10 years or if they will be released in the next two months.
The name Ryback is one of the worst names I've ever heard.
i dunno brah, its different and it kinda has a bite to it. i think it suits the character. this dude has a chance. he's good int he ring and you feel like you're watching a legit beast. his squashes are a lot more interesting/convincing to me than tensai's have been. you can tell tensai is a better in ring worker, but ryback has been more convincing as an entity if that makes sense

Looks like Angle on roids in that outfit, but kinda suits him, I have never seen "Ryback" wrestle, and I don't remember much of Skip wrestling so i dont know, if he has the skills then he needs to work his way up slowly, I would not want to see a bunch of squash matches, I would love to see a bunch of great matches where he can improve. then a few squash matches to solidify his gimmick if his gimmick is a Monster or Big Guy.

Heck, we pretty much don't recognize Brodus Clay from his stint on NXT season 2 and being ADR's muscle heel even though he didn't change his name.

Haven't they? His old thing was 'corn fed meat head' and he would always be shown eating lots. Now he's regressed into a cannibal who has his way with skinny young guys. How much more of a negative stereotype do we need?
its better than skip sheffield or his real name ryan reeves thats for sure
anyway when i think of ryback i think of

Not sure if people have done a bit of research on Ryback but he is supposed to essentially be booked as a machine. Hence the stupid ****ing arm pumping like a robot. I like the guy, he cuts a good promo, from what I saw watching FCW and even some of NXT he moves good for a big guy. They need to change his finisher at the moment because it doesn't seem very devastating, personally I'd like to see him use a clothesline or something, he used some sort of clothesline/lariat as Skip if I'm not mistaken.
They need to put him over like they did Kane upon debut. He was a believable monster not because he crushed everybody, but he was seemingly indestructible. Surviving a house fire was a key piece of background information but I'm more so referring to the traits of getting hit and no of selling or at least acting like it didn't really effect him, of course the mask helped with this but still. From that to the Taker/Kane sit ups all the way to having Taker deliver three tombstones to beat him at Wrestlemania. You believed that there was nothing that people could do to stop him. Feeding him nobodies, or even jobbers isn't going to put him or anybody else over. They need to put him against some formidable opponents and still have him come out on top.
