My routine is always different but its a 6 day split.
Chest
back
legs
shoulders
arms
full body workout
depends on each exercise ect but my rep ranges are from 4 - 6, 8 - 10, and 15 - 20 .. I always mix things up every day/week different.
EG: For chest yesterday i did,
Bench: 4 - 6 reps x 4 sets
Incline dumbells: 8 reps x 3 sets
Incline machine press: 15 - 20 reps x 3 sets
Dips: 15 - 20 reps x 3 sets..
I Train each muscle on how i feel, I think over time you learn your body really well and gain good mind-muscle connection which helps a lot.
Ive been going solid for almost 2 years now, Would say Ive missed maybe 6 -10 days training in the past 20 months.. And diet always reach 300 - 500 above my calorie maintenance..
I dont feel the need to go max weight for deadlifts or squats inless im trying to set a PB.. Pointless stress across my body. although I always go for MAX weight x low reps atleast 1 exercise a day on chest/back/shoulders

Ehhh 50kg x 2 bench press? Not saying you can't but I'd just be suprised, would like to see a vid.
Apart from that you look great, I'm not hating it's just you are very lean and not huge, look great though.
I'm 17 in my pic haven't taken any new ones and you look 10x better than I did at 17
edit: Saw vid, decent as fuark, great strength for your size along with aesthetics.MAX: 230kgx5 squat
140kgx5 bench

Cheers
Sweet, tan makes you always look beter
as soon as i put a shirt on i look tiny, I got small frame with just good muscle mass which gives me the illusion im big and why everyone call's out roids..
I recently just went up a solid 2kg this month since i did a few weeks of creatine tri malate.
Nope, I usually do a full body workout on the weekend.. with my routine I incorporate strength training and high reps as I said above.. Always shocking your body to keep growing
Cheers

Want to say you're not natty because you have a really good physique. But you can tell from your starting pic that you do have quite good genetics.

I think thats about 1 year
Dont focus to much on diet, Just need to eat 300 - 500 surplus of calorie maintaince and get in descent amount of protein.. I am ectomorph so i think i eat around 3500 cals a day and stil stay lean but get muscle growth.
So true, Even if i didnt lift, 16 to almost 18 is the prime growing stages so I would put on about 5 - 10kg just from natural growth.
Just answering them now lol, tryin to keep up..
Yeh I hit a plateau for about 6 - 8 months and didnt change much, then as time goes and training you break through it. i went from 60 - 70kg quick then got stuck at 70kg for ages, Then went from 70 - 75kg quick..
That pics also over a year old, My legs are a bit more bigger but I dont squat or deadlift heavy i just focus on solid reps. 12reps +
