    Front obliques

    Im cutting and How do I fill up my abs around my ribs kinda on the sides

    Well since our cutting you won't be "filling in" any muscle. All you can do is cut and hope they come out. When your bulking Is when you would be able to develop your obliques and serratus.

    hit ur daily macros (especially protein )
    and train abs
    ur cutting so ddont expect size
    ur cutting meaning losing fat and gaining definition
