I dont normally comment on this site cause i dont know too much about bodybuilding but i do know you do not have the right to say bull like that when you look like that... Hit the low carb shakes...Sun beds, get a haircut and maybe do a compound lift once in a while and you may actually grow muscle and not 30 pounds of fat.

Question to opp, i noticed your abs become a lot more developed through your process and im at the half way stage like you were, where you can vaguely see them but there not big enough...

I dont train abs, Stopped about a year ago.. They havn't changed, Just low bodyfat I should be doing some weighted ab exercises but never get around to it

Not big, Im only 75kg almost 170 pounds.. Ive gained like 30 lbs in 2 years with heaps of natural ageing growth.. Id say max 20 pounds of muscle growth..

You will look a lot better, If I was 20% Bf i would look totally different and no one would ever think Id have what i have under the fat. So cut to 10% and reveal you aesthetics brah, It wil make you look big, hard, more muscular and shredded
