Hi, im 16 years old male thats only 5'6". Im a highschool wrestler. My max bench is 240 pounds, max squat is about 265. My arms are 13 inches flexed and theighs are about 21 inches around. I know it all depends on a bunch of different variables.. But in your opinion how much should i weigh for wrestling? Also, is there any way of gaining strength with minimum weight mass gain?
