(1) Maple or Coffee with Candied Bacon
(2) Pistachio
(3) White Chocolate and Coconut
(4) Beurre Noisette Banana“Go back?" he thought. "No good at all! Go sideways? Impossible! Go forward? Only thing to do! On we go!" So up he got, and trotted along with his little sword held in front of him and one hand feeling the wall, and his heart all of a patter and a pitter.”

So, I think Im gonna go with something along these lines... Maple PB base, oreos and reeses, and possibly a cream cheese frosting swirl if I am really motivated when I do a grocery run. Y'all been repped.
I cant believe i've never thought of this... I love browned butter and bananas, especially caramelized bananas, so I think I'm gonna do this next... MIGHT have to do a two-batch night tonight haha, this flavor sounds so good i think I could manage to spend an extra 30 minutes on this. Reps to you for the idea.
Absolutely. I always use a custard base unless I'm in a really impatient mood. Almost every type of ice cream is 10x better with a custard base, just a pain in the arse to make sometimes.

Jelly of your username.
Anyways, I didn't get around to making the base yesterday, but I plan on getting ingredients on my way home from school today... So i'll get to work by tonight i'm hoping.
Shopping list, not including basic custard ingredients:
Maple syrup (100%, none of that fake s***)
peanut butter
Oreos
reeses cups
cream cheese
white chocolate chips
Whatever else would be good to mix in
Got a couple ideas to go with, will keep updated. And prepare for hnng pics within the next 2-3days

So, went with a peanut butter custard base.. Pretty damn rich, 3/4 cup peanut butter in about 4.5 cups of liquid.
Then, went a little cray with the mix-ins:
Roasted & Salted valencia peanuts (100g), Triple Double oreos (about 10), and some Twix (6 sticks). BTW, for those of you who are unaware about Triple double oreos, consider yourself aware:
Also mixed some maple syrup and cream cheese, and whipped it up into a nice syrupy frosting to swirl in there:
Added some Cinnamon, vanilla extract, and maple flavor to the cream cheese swirl chit, for good measure..
Then, put the base in my magical freezing box:
Half hour later..
Not sure why it looks kind of "grainy" or chunky, but its definitely soft. Just froze a bit inconsistently, i think the PB sort of settled out and coagulated. (When I checked it last though, it was looking nice and consistent in my freezer.)
Then Mixed in the oreos, twix, and cream cheese swirl, and its freezing now. Made probably 1.5-2 quarts total once I added the mix-ins. Macros are about to get posted. They will be off the charts.
