Today was Back and Chest day and here it is.

    Deadlifts
    135x8
    225x6
    315x5
    365x4
    365x3
    365x3

    Incline Bench press/Pendlay row supersets
    Barx12/135x10
    95x10/135x10
    115x10/135x10
    115x10/135x10
    115x10/135x10

    Chin-up/DB pull over supersets
    BWx10/50x10
    BWx10/60x10
    BWx10/65x10

That was it for today. Another fairly easy session. Next week I will put more effort into it if the shoulder is still feeling okay. The Pull-overs felt kind of weird at first and I could feel my shoulder a little on them, but that was likely from poor form. I want to keep them in the rotation for a while and hopefully get better at them. I could feel them in my lower chest and lower Lats pretty good. 365 felt really heavy on the deads today, don't think 405 would have ever went up this session.

Good work Eric, sessions like that always carry over into bigger ones later. Interested to see how you respond to a bit lower volume. Might be a good case for less is more for you. I imagine it is hard to dial it down for you though, you always bring it hard a full out to the table!

I was tired as hell when I started and fell asleep in the recliner trying to get it logged. I ate Plenty yesterday and hope to keep that up for a while. The weather is getting cooler and that helps with cramming loads of food down. I hate to eat a lot when it is too hot, makes me feel like I am going to explode.
I plan to work my back this evening if I can stay awake long enough.
I'm surprised that you haven't flaked out asleep more often after your sessions and given the tough work schedule that you face!
Hopefully that shoulder is settling. You're still doing great volume with the squats and deadlifts . Nice that repping 365 on deads was 'fairly easy'

Thanks Shawn. Hopefully I can keep the intensity up with less sets/reps. I think the lower volume will do me some good as far as healing up and recovery is concerned anyway.

I haven't been able to get on for the past two days, not sure what is up with this site but it sucks sometimes. I didn't write anything down for the last two sessions and can't remember all the reps/sets, but I worked my Arms/shoulders Thursday evening and Legs/Abs yesterday.
    Highlights from yesterday was:
    Squats
    275x5
    275x4
    275x3
    275x3

    SLDL's
    225x6
    225x6
    225x6

My Quads/Hams/Glutes are all sore today, likely will be worse tomorrow. Traps are sore from Thursdays session too.
I weighed 168 yesterday morning, going to have to up the intake some more I guess.

Strong work on the squats and SLDL's Eric. The site has been a real faaker lately, had the same problems. I have to admit to being a bit jealous of your squats, I think it's going to be a long while yet before I bring regular squats back in to training. The box squats hopefully will bring me the results I am after in the meantime, but really miss squats.
