I just had Safeway's "Select Super Premium" Baklava ice cream. Amazing stuff, and not too hard to work in at 290cal per half-cup serving. Find a pint and let it warm up a bit before you dive in.

Ok, back! No good excuse for being gone so long with no word...
Started traveling for work a lot again and just got out of everything for a while... Today will be the first time I hit the gym for almost a month...
Sorry I didnt give any updates for so long. I never planned on taking a long break from the log, just happened.

Thanks guys, it's good to be back!
Haha, ya I have been a lot grouchier than normal, so I'm sure my wife will appreciate me being back at.
So shockingly I didn't lose much strength. I did chest and back today and numbers didn't dip much at all. Endurance is def down but that will come back fast.
Ile get the actual workout up tomorrow or later tonight.
I am going to be adjusting macros from what they were. Not decided yetYa, I blog.

Ok so obv. I prob wont be in here as much as before...
Still going strong. Three days of lifting in the bag since being back and I am seriously shocked at how little strength has dropped, its crazy.
Ile get back on actually logging them in here as best I can soon!

So clearly it's gonna be a bit before I get the log back on track like it used to be lol.
Things are still going strong!
Weight has been holding at 197 since getting back in the gym last week and strength is climbing.
Cals are set as of today at 3,300.
Protein - 200g
Fat - 70+

Sooooooo... Omg herp fkn derp, for various BS reasons I wont bore you all with I hadnt even been to the gym for around a month and a half (I think) until last night.
I have decided for now because of how INSANELY inconsistent my work schedule is that I would fair much better with resuming the cut back down to 6%. From there I will continue with my original goal of SLOWLY bulking from there and staying lean.
I know, wtf... But thats how it is.
So back to here!
