i guess what i'm doing isn't good enough anymore. I haven't lost weight in 4 weeks. Gayest thing ever! Time to drop calories further I guess and get more aggressive with my training. Looks like i'll have to incorporate and additional am cardio workout aside from my evening training. Last 10 pounds are always the worst! wish me luck...

Sorry for missing a week but my heads been all over the damn place and i'm only just seeming to recover from how hectic things have been. Unfortunately those hectic things have led to a +3lbs gain.
Hopefully its water weight for the most part due to increased carb intake as i have tried to keep my appetite in check as much as possible and keep the calories stable.

Im out of this comp but don't think i have stopped cutting lol. 7 weeks of hard dieting ahead will be checking in with my weight in 3 weeks time and at the end of the 7 weeks.

Anyways, my weigh in for this week is 191, which is +2.
I don't feel great about the last month, as the start of June was study and exams which resulted in limited progress, whilst I have just started weight training this past week and am eating at maintenance for the first couple of weeks while I get into a routine. I keep asking myself if this is a bit of a cop out, however I genuinely think I deserve a bit of a break after 6 months of solid progress. My plan is one more week of maintenance and then back to a deficit, with my new goal weight being 185 by the end of the competition
