    No, because your body will eventually digest all of it anyways, just take a bit longer that's all. Also I do 40-50 myself as well and then have my post workout meal afterward.

    i take about 30-45 grams postworkout as well as some old fashioned oats in there (1/4 cup) to get some complex carbs)
    -my protein intake fluctuates depending on my previous meals in the day the less i ate the more protein i put in my shaker
    -whatever fits your macros work broseph
