    i take about 30-45 grams postworkout as well as some old fashioned oats in there (1/4 cup) to get some complex carbs)
    -my protein intake fluctuates depending on my previous meals in the day the less i ate the more protein i put in my shaker
    -whatever fits your macros work broseph

    I will normally do 30-35 grams post workout then around an hour later eat a meal. I feel that whey is essential for post workout, just because of the digestion rate being a liquid.

    When I dont get to eat soon after, about 40g. But if I don't have to go straight to work after, I prefer to eat a meal. Today's post workout was spicy tuna on a palenta cake with guac and squash barley risotto with pan seared cod. Beats a shake any day.
