Wow,,,,Lotta inspirational changes in here. My transformation is a little different, I put on a few pounds.
My wife found this pic (and it is the only one!) from roughly three years ago. Weighed around 200#, benched maybe 185 and squat was around 200#. Weak as fuk, horrible eating, drinking habits, just going thru a really ****ty time of life.
Three years later,,,put on roughly 70# (Admittedly, not all muscle)...
Same shirt.....
When my wife found the 1st picturs, she told me she didn't realize how skinny I was....Last edited by Smelly bull; 04-25-2012 at 06:33 AM.

It's true that I write more than I post pictures. I hope someday to progress enough to make it worth posting a progress picture. I don't have videos since my gym doesn't permit cameras or phones, and I don't have anything fancy like that on my phone anyhow. I'd have to sneak in a video camera. But I will say in my favor that I posted my little 14" arms in the biceps picture thread, even though I'm 4" smaller than most everyone else who posted and a full inch smaller than the next smaller guy. Some guys could not survive the pain of 14" arms, but that's all I got and it doesn't look like they'll get much bigger. I have pictures on my bodyspace page, so I'm not one to hide behind words. I'll never get big like most of the guys here, but I'm committed to being the best me I can.
I found a nice picture from Dec 2002, and I have the same clothes. Come December of this year I will post a 10-year comparison. And hopefully not everyone will say that's it??
You've been making great progress! I'm really impressed. You'll look like a real lifter before you know it (certainly before I do!)
You've done a fantastic job there! I wish my arms looked half as good as yours. I have so much respect for you to commit yourself to change and to follow through with it.
Making a great comeback, SM! If I can get my chest to look anything like Chemo-Sabe's August pic I will be delighted. And then I will try for more. Thank you StressMonkey for being a constant source of inspiration. When I have an ugh! day in the the gym, I think of you lifting through chemo and it always makes me push myself harder.Peace: Lift Long and Prosper!

I did an extra superset set for bodyhard finishing up my chest workout today. Weight was 95s for 4 3/4 reps, 100lb dumbell pullover lost count and was at failure.
As you can tell, I am possibly the smallest regular poster on this side of the forum. I can't compete weight wise with the Big Sexy Flexy's or the polishedball, but I feel I can represent for the smaller peeps pretty well.

I'm a little reluctant about posting after JerryB because my progress is a little backwards. I quit smoking a little over a month ago and I am little more pudgy than I normally am. I don't have any type of gym pump in these pictures and I tried to flex. I almost seriously hurt myself in the first photo.
Working out is the easy part for me, it is the nutrition and trying to pose, that sucks. It took me way too much time to get these photos, moreso than I would like to admit.Last edited by llahhsoj; 04-29-2012 at 09:29 AM.
