I too agree. Whats that saying?.........oh yeah, "a picture is worth a thousand words".
What gets me is that every so often someone (I did it) will put up pics and people will bash them cause they used different lighting, angles.....etc.....
Some of the very same peeps that are in this thread cheering pics/vids on are the very ones that give me chit about my pics cause the pics was not pro-like.
LOL.......I'm no pro at taking pics but atleast I put them up.
BTW, your MM pose and back vid is awsome. BIG PROPS!!!!

Never quite worked out the credit system...I've been here for years and never to my knowledge offended anyone - tried to contribute where and when I could and yet the #'s after my name seem really minuscule compared to less far more junior posters.
But then again....there's lots in life I dont get as well...women, for one.http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=154678393
If a guy's working harder than me - doing more than me - he fking well deserves to beat me.

We gotta do what we gotta do to have accountability, man. It’s impossible to filter the BS in the entire BB.com site. But in the O-35 world we can at least police ourselves. This, of course, does not mean this section is only for junior-future senior citizens; anybody regardless of age is more than welcome to hang out here as long as they have something positive to contribute.
BTW, great job to all!! On spread. This above all..

Man don't get me wrong I am not knocking bodybuilding, I love bodybuilding (not so much now since bodybuilders don't have the look I could ever hope to achieve) and everything about it.
But when you talk about dedication, sacrifices and determination you are barking up the wrong tree if you think I never done that. Try being a cripple for just a day, not being able to walk and told that you would never walk again. Then try going into a gym when the bar itself feels like a f'cking ton and the pain just lifting the bar is excruciating. Come back and talk to me then.On the list for Bannukah

For those of us who will not set foot on a competitive stage, bodybuilding is certainly an athletic endeavor; part of an active and athletic lifestyle. For those who compete, of course it's a sport.
Funny, until this moment the idea of me doing bodybuilding never entered my mind. I'm just a guy who works out. But maybe I'm getting where I can think of myself as a bodybuilder. If I'm gonna post pictures of myself on the interwebs maybe I ought to start thinking that way.
I have this before-and-after comparison from when I was dilly-dallying around with working out in '06 (left) at 165-ish, mostly doing cardio. Then I slacked off for a while, and then kicked it into gear in 2010 with much less cardio. The right pic is from 2011 at 152 lb. Avi is from a couple weeks ago at about 158.
I'm gonna give myself another 4-6 weeks of shoulder-focused workouts before posting a new mm pic.Last edited by tobymax123; 04-24-2012 at 09:58 AM.
