I started back training at age 32 from training in high school.
I been able to maintain muscle mass longer than half the life time of many showing only a few years of weight training.

Always incredible to see Jerry.

I'm not a bodybuilder but I play one on the internet.
I don't have a lot of pics. I've only been at it a year and a half and I've DEFINITELY got a long way to go. But, this is now a lifetime commitment for me.
Thanks man....been working to bring them up a little....
Not nearly enough leg pics on this site.

I agree.... I'm a fan of JD for sure.

Kind of looks like someone drinking lots of juice huh? What a fraud.
Glad I already negged you! Troll.
Fraud?.....taken any flights on secret missions lately?... You are worthless....and can only generate happiness by making up a life that does not exist.
If you are a little kid....I think your parents need to watch over your internet activities a little better. If you are an adult....I feel sorry for you and look forward to the day you leave.

I can't post pictures yet(nothing impressive to post anyway) but I did start a workout journal that was inspired by this thread. Hopefully in a year or so I can post one of these awesome transformation pictures.
You are off to a great start.
The don't know WTH I'm doing never completely goes away.
That's why experimentation is a part of training.
The last sentence is so true!! bigtimemuscles in the spirit of the thread both 2nd_chance and Induced_drag have offered up mega progress pics. They have put up! With respect to both great job! How we run the race is not so important as how we finish.
Ya gotta think it to believe it and ya gotta believe it to become it.

Jerry you are way too humble, I don't think there is a person on this site that couldn't learn from you. I doubt there is much for you to learn, at least judging from your physique. You are very impressive! I always read your posts, I know I can learn from you.

Started at 210, dieted down to 186 backup up to 224 in the photo below (still a newby at a little over 2 years). Progress is slow but I'm not stopping. Not happy with my conditioning but I'm working on gaining size so eating at a surplus at the moment.

Couple of weeks ago.I'll never claim to lift heavy!!(So far)
This is my routine, but didn't vid bench that day.All the sets in vids are 3rd set and I usually try for 10 reps, not using the box for squats now either. The last couple of months I have been focused on family matters, and have not been lifting to a strict regimen, but I am maintaining my weight, which,by the way,was 135lb just over 2 yrs ago.
A couple of photos of me. I'm nowhere near where I want to be but if you'd have told me back in June that I was going to look like this today, there's just no way I would have believed you.
I probably could have lost a little more fat but I'm a bit pissed off with the loose skin I got from losing weight too fast and was tired of dieting for almost 10 months, so I thought "**** it. I'm going on my first bulk". I've been eating like a pig for the past week but haven't put any fat on, so I can't complain.
My lifts are nowhere near what most of you guys are hoisting but I do lift. To tell the truth, I'm a bit OCD and at this stage of my life, I'd simply find it impossible not to.
