i mean prob 80% workouts work core, but in terms of isolation i do abb crunches to the floor, different variations of leg raises, torso rotation works wonders as well xD

when i was bulking i ate clean most the time, i wasnt on any regimen at all. except i stayed away from greasy foods. i ****ed up my first bulk bad. next time getting atleast a 1500 calorie surplus everyday lol
