but in all srsness, the efficacy of ice baths and similar temperature therapy post-workout is largely speculative broscience. That being said, none of that broscience has anything to do with testosterone, but rather with how vasoconstriction and vasodilation effect the blood supply into the muscles and how that effects their recovery. Even that theory has a lot of conflicting back-and-forth claims. But I do contrast showers a lot after working out, and if anything, it does help me relax and makes my muscles ache less.

Letting your balls overheat reduces testosterone production (no broscience) so chilling them doesn't exactly boost test it just prevents the reduction in test that accompanies an overheated drooping ballsack. Still not sure how effective the ball chilling was though.

Your nuts are going to retract so far into your body they'll probably get stuck. A doctor will have to suck them out of you with a vacuum cleaner.

Yes that is broscience, since optimal sperm temperature isn't incredibly low given that overheating them is bad. Too cold or too hot will kill your sperm.

In my opinion this wouldn't help with testosterone production as destroying your own sperm would mean that less pituitary hormones would be devoted towards testosterone production and rather to spermatogenesis.
