Heck yeah you should be worried. Buddy of mine had a similar issue, also gave it a few days, woke up on the third day and half the head had turned yellow black and hurt like hell. Went to the ER, was a spider bite and the tissue was decaying. Lost a good chunk of it and they had to fix it with surgery and it's all deformed now.
