I am going to start off by saying I have smoked a lot of marijuana (when I did it I smoked 2 or 3 times a day for a couple of months), taken ******** once in the past. These are the only drugs I have ever done. That being said I bought DS Craze and SAN Fierce after reading on these forums about all the intense focus they got during training. When I train I am really intense no matter what. But I really wanted to push my intensity level so I tried Fierce first. I got some great pumps on it. But I get Pumps anyway. Then I read about Craze and all the hype that had. So I decided to risk it and bought a tub. I did feel something but not to the amount the bros on the forums post. Is it just me or is this about all I can expect from PWOs? Might as well just take caffiene pills instead is what I am think right now.

I only started using PWO about a month and half ago. Do you think its because I smoked marijuana before that I don't feel the PWO working. What PWO do you suggest for tolerant guy like myself? What I was looking for in the PWO is during a set something to help me fight for that last rep. i train in 6-8 rep range.

What are you looking for from your pre-workout?
Too many people are looking for a buzz/high/cracked-out jittery feeling, as opposed to actual performance benefits that pre-workouts can provide..

Pre workouts may not be for you.
But I'll still suggest you try White flood or Cellucor C4 after a 2-4 week stim break.
Odd that you didn't feel the endurance gains from San Fierce, but then again I change my rep ranges each week of the month.
