before entering the gym I get these panic attacks
when I am in the locker room I make no eye contact
when there are more than 2 ppl in the lifting room I cant get in there since they will start to judge my form or they might think I am in the wrong place
Awkward walking and streching when someone takes my weights or lever machine
cant talk to my pt
Always think I am doing the wrong form and all eyes are on me
I cant have my mp3 on max or high volume because people might judge what I am listing to and think its out of fasion or gay

find a work out buddy m8, or just research a routine and look up how to do each exercise properly that way there's no point for anyone to judge if you know what the **** you're doing. slap on earphones and put music on while you're at the gym. magically everyone disappears and it's your own little world. gl OP~play online games 16 hours a day, sleep at 4AM-5PM crew

I dont have gym anxiety problem but when I walk around downtown I feel a lot more at comfort when I am wearing shades.

All I did was asked some buff looking nice guy in the gym to teach me proper form and everything went better than expected.
b4 i came on to the bb dot com site in 2008, I visited the Super site section of this website. Look at the form videos of the lifts and what not, try to recreate the forms etc...
