before entering the gym I get these panic attacks
when I am in the locker room I make no eye contact
when there are more than 2 ppl in the lifting room I cant get in there since they will start to judge my form or they might think I am in the wrong place
Awkward walking and streching when someone takes my weights or lever machine
cant talk to my pt
Always think I am doing the wrong form and all eyes are on me
I cant have my mp3 on max or high volume because people might judge what I am listing to and think its out of fasion or gay

Evolving from the same egocentrism and ideas of playing the central part in one's personal fable, adolescents may become preoccupied with what others in their peer groups think of them. Because adolescents become so involved with others' opinions, they believe that an imaginary audience is scrutinizing them wherever they are. No matter where they go in public, they think that their outward behavior and appearances will always be watched like an actor on stage, and that all eyes will be fixated on them—such that every facial blemish or misstep will be noticed. So, a teenage person might spend hours putting on makeup to hide acne only to give up and assume everyone will think they are ugly, or another teenage person might also give up when they think their mouthwash is not working and that everyone will notice their horrible breath.lmao

You'd have to do some really weirdo **** for someone to stare at you in the gym/locker room. I'm talking along the lines of taking off your underwear and smelling it weird. No one gives a **** and just keep reminding yourself of that.**Pay People to be my Friend Crew**

find a work out buddy m8, or just research a routine and look up how to do each exercise properly that way there's no point for anyone to judge if you know what the **** you're doing. slap on earphones and put music on while you're at the gym. magically everyone disappears and it's your own little world. gl OP~play online games 16 hours a day, sleep at 4AM-5PM crew

Put your earphones in.
The gym can be intimidating if it's busy, go when it isn't.
Not looking at any guys in the locker room is normal heterosexual behavior lol.
The truth is, when you see people staring in the mirror, it's usually accidental eye contact. They're looking at themselves and then accidently make eye contact with you.You tube channel:

Start wearing shades in the gym. srs
I dont have gym anxiety problem but when I walk around downtown I feel a lot more at comfort when I am wearing shades.
Of course you will risk looking like a douchebag and probably end up feeling like you are drawing even more attention. phuck i make no god damn sense. good luck OP i think you're doomedDoor Gunner - GET SOME!!

Like others have said no one is watching or even cares about what you do.
But let us imagine for a second that your worst fears are in fact coming true - what do you think will likely happen? Everyone stops what they are doing and starts watching you, they start to whisper to each other while keeping their eyes on you the whole time, soon they begin to crowd around you, some people are starting to pick up dumbbells. RUN OP, the mob is about to stone you to death with dumbbells for your ****ty form!
...NO, not likely.

All I did was asked some buff looking nice guy in the gym to teach me proper form and everything went better than expected.
b4 i came on to the bb dot com site in 2008, I visited the Super site section of this website. Look at the form videos of the lifts and what not, try to recreate the forms etc...
