Got any tips for losing belly fat

Hey im new here and i was just wondering how i can get rid of the fat around my midsection. I dont have a strict diet at all and i have a medical condition called foot drop so i cant run. I was wondering if anyone has a good workout that burns lots of caleries, that does not envolve running. Im 6'4 215 lbs. I use GNC whey protein and GNC Creatine Monohydrate (i just bought the creatine today so i havnt started using it) Any tips would be greatly appreciated.

just by getting your diet in check you will probably lose a couple pounds of fat. Diet is the important thing realy. Also, when weightlifting you will not only burn off calories whilst lifting but for hours afterwards aswell. If you cant run what about rowing machine? or crpss trainer?

You cannot reduce fat on just one part of your body however!

look up and leanr more abot clean eating,if your eating right during the day,you shoudlnt be too hungry at night..and if you cant run..you can still weights i assume, tahst stll great for burning calories..but you can just pick your stomach to loose fat..working out will not just target a section..all of teh fat wil melt away togethere, but the stomahc is usually the last to go,so you have to be patient
