    Forearm exercises for mass?

    I need bigger forearms! I don't really know of any forearm exercises that will get them larger. Does anyone have a few good workouts for them? Thanks

    heavy deads and shrugs should do you good, also i personally love ez bar forearm curls, and standing hammer curls but trying to put emphasis on the forearm chunk, I cant exactly recall the name for it but if you have watched 'phil heath becoming #13' he does them in that and credits that exercise to what has put him above others in the forearm department..
