    Anyone have links to some good full body workouts? When I search google all I seem to find is full body workouts with 1,000 isolation excersize's per workout

    Well, I would say both workouts are essential for our body because both play an important role to make our body fit and fine. Yes, it’s true that split workout makes you more flexible but if want to gain big muscles then you have to do full body work out.

    I did a split routine for years and didn't really see any massive gains (also a lot of cardio through rugby though) then I stumbled on strong lifts 5x5 and saw massive gains in strength and some bulk but no real definition. So I went back to a split with more compounds but my body was not really responding that well to only working legs once a week etc and I lost strength. So recently I went back and looked at what worked for me and I decided on a full body routine with a couple changes. Been 3 weeks and my arms/legs look the best they ever have. The thing is I think the key is finding what works best for YOU and YOUR GOALS. Anyway my routine if anyone is interested.

    Monday/Friday
    Leg press 3x10
    Shoulder press 3x10
    Rows 3x10
    Flys 3x10
    Curls 3x10
    Tricep extensions 3x10

    Wednesday
    Squats 5x5
    Bench 5x5
    Deadlifts 5x5
    Superset chins/dips to failure x3
    deadlifting = 140kg (308lbs)
