Its great to see a red haired main stand up and be proud as fk of who he is.. so sick of gingers acting like they have some sort of genetic deficiency just cause idiots decided to call them 'ranger' at school and make them feel bad about who they are.

thanks brotha, agreed haha
thanks mayne. ya i went hard keto diet for cut back in the 2nd year of me working out. i went from a fat/bulked 245 to a cut 205. wont be doing it again. carb cycling is king.
ya no doubt. but, i admit, i dont see too many alpha gingers/daywalkers around, they are usually pretty ugly/awkward looking /w no noticeable confidence. bb'ing has been good to me, i wouldnt be who i am today without it, the confidence, the look etc. otherwise i might just be another awkward/unconfident ginger *******. and thanks man, comment much appreciated.
do it. shawn white should also be another influence for you to do so.

i want to give my hand a shot @ carb cycling and i read that's what you do.
would scooby's format be an okay one to deal with? http://scoobysworkshop.com/advanced-...-carb-cycling/
would you mind sharing your macros?Veni.Vidi.Vici
I don't start counting until it starts hurting.

agreed. i need to put the effort into this, i just wish i knew someone, or knew someone who knew someone, that i could be directed to. i am so unaware of the acting/film industry, to the point where i could be taken advantage of, ripped off etc etc and wouldnt know better. regardless, ill be putting in the work and will see what develops

word. never have, learned all my dance skills through just dancing, as well as watching others who i would see at the club whether they were fellow male strippers or just club go-ers.
the past 2 shows i have competed in are non tested
lift heavy, but within your means. make a strong effort to go beyond the pain threshold of the (for example) 10th rep of your intended 10 rep set. push out another 2..or 3..etc. people limit themselves in their minds by setting feasible rep range, it should not be exact, but merely an expectation to AT LEAST hit 10, not to quit on 10. although this is not always relevant considering many times youwill not be able to complete your intended set. eat a lot, but clean. eat your 5-6 meals a day of chicken/steak/tuna/eggs + carbs etc, but also, eat handfuls of almonds between meals, eat 3 slice pb/honey sandwiches between meals. pack in those extra cals. before bed, eat huge protein meal, no carbs. i usually do 2 cans tuna /w 1 cup cottage cheese. do drop sets. heavy low rep set to super light high rep set of same muscle group but diff exercise. be patient. know that every second, your body is changing because of what you are doing to it.
ive never really measured my arms, so i wouldnt exactly know, but id say .5 sounds about right.
some chick told me the other day i reminded her of the merovingians from the 5th century. legend has it, their kings were known for their long red hair that supposedly had magical powers. i was like "uh wow cool sooo whats your name", was funny moment.
thanks a lot man
word brah
